At Glendale Children’s Dentistry, we offer electronic registration forms that can be sent to you via text or email for ease and convenience. Completion of these forms are necessary 24 hours prior to your child appointment to allow Dr. Shakeh and her team to review them prior to your child’s visit.

Financing

We understand that some parents worry about being able to afford their child’s dental care, especially when many specialist do not accept insurance. We, at Glendale Children’s Dentistry, believe every child should have access to the specialized care they need and deserve, which is why we proudly accept most major dental insurance plans. Grate place for every kid to go to fix their teeth, the place is grate but most off all the doctor is amazing with kids and and to our families. Dr. Shakeh is one in a million! My son has had a difficult dental journey and she has not only made every procedure comfortable for him but also detailed and informative for me as a parent. My teenage daughter looks forward to her visits! Her office staff is polite and punctual. Overall I couldn’t recommend Dr. Shakeh enough!
